Ordered handmade flowers but got fake product from China

I ordered Dot's handmade Bee blossoms from their website craft-folk.com. They make it sound like this artist from the US made them by hand, with a whole story about her and where she lives. But it's all fake. The product came from China, and if you look at the contact info it shows the company is actually in Hong Kong.

The address they list is OFFICE 3906, 39TH THE CTR 99 QUEEN'S RD CENTRAL CENTRAL HONG KONG. The phone number is +1 724-865-6422 and email is [email protected]. My order said free shipping from USPS but the package came from uni uni. I googled the company and found multiple scam reports.

I lost about $40.69 on this. I reported it to my credit card company as fraud but they denied it because the scam company gave them false information. This is definitely a counterfeit product scam, they are impersonating real artists.
