Terrible quality

Bought 2 bat houses from this website, presented as large and handcrafted bar houses made by an artist in North Carolina. Instead, I got a shipment notification from China, and what I received was 2 tiny, mass produced houses made of cheap materials. Not worth the money I paid at all. Do not buy from this website.

Ordered birdhouses from CraftKindred and got painted flags instead

I ordered hand carved birdhouses from CraftKindred.com and paid $76.22. What showed up was two pressboard painted flags that were forwarded from Seattle, WA. Not what I ordered at all.

When I asked for a refund they refused. Then they told me I needed to forward the flags to an address in Australia that was supposed to be a distributor, and I would have to pay the shipping myself. It turned out to be a private residence. So I would basically be forwarding it to another person who got scammed.

They just kept jerking me around the whole time I was trying to get my money back.
