Email saying I owe 24,000 on a loan

I got an email from this company, [email protected]. They are saying they are a loan company and that I have been paying them. They claim I owe them money, like 24,000 dollars. I have no idea what they are talking about.

I never took out any loan like that. They listed their address as 2607 WE Avenue in LA. I just want to know if this is even a real business or if this is someone trying to get money from me. I haven't paid them anything but they keep saying I have been. It doesn't make any sense.
