Signed up for a networking group and got charged twice

I signed up for a networking group back in June that I saw advertised on Instagram. When I realized the website was inaccessible, I contacted the owner and asked to cancel my account. He claimed I didn't have an account, but then he charged me $90 anyway.

I disputed it with my bank and they reversed the charge. Then in September they charged me $90 again. I emailed the owner and got no response at all. Now I'm trying to have my bank reverse the charge again.

The only other company name I can find associated with this is Verci, which is tied to Anant Vasudevan, the founder.
