Calling over ten times a day about a loan

This company claiming to be Credible Lending keeps calling me every single day. It's more than 10 times a day sometimes, trying to get me to sign up for a loan. I've used their automated opt out dozens of times and even called them back and asked to be taken off the list.

They say it takes 24 hours for the opt out to work but they keep calling me day after day. They won't give me any info about opting out and refuse to send me a confirmation that I've been opted out. They keep using scare tactics telling me my options are expiring and I will be losing money if I don't call them back. I really hope something gets done about this.
