Phone call saying I owe money from 2011

Someone called me from (943) 282-3128 claiming to be a paralegal for collections for Credit One. They said I owed $865.32. But I paid off my settlement back in December 2011. I remember someone called me about two years ago claiming the same thing. I can't remember how much I lost then. Now today again they're claiming I owe money. I need help and guidance.
