Charging my card weekly without permission after credit check

I found this company through a link on Credit Karma/Money app. It was some kind of back door registration thing. When I ran a check for other entities that had my personal info, this company started trying to debit 9.99 from my account every week.

I didn't sign up for anything. I've tried to stop the debit. I even requested a denial of transaction through my credit union. Every time they attempt my card, my account gets locked. I've had to replace my debit card because of this.

This is clearly a widespread issue. They just keep trying to charge. I'm out 99.99 total from all these charges.
