Paid for credit help and never got real updates
But they hardly ever gave me any updates on my credit. I had to keep emailing them over and over just to get an answer. It was always me reaching out first. The emails came from [email protected].
I just felt like I was bothering them for basic info. Paid all that money and got nothing but silence unless I chased them down. Still don't know what happened with my credit or why they stopped responding.
