Ordered a topper and got charged almost fifty dollars

I ordered a topper on June 17, 2026 and I just wanted to know when I could expect it to arrive. It was advertised as $29.99 but I had 2 charges withdrawn from my account, one for $32.98 and another for $16.48. I need an explanation for why this happened and what the reason for these additional charges is.

I was expecting shipping and handling charges as well as tax, but would not have ordered, had I known that this charge would have been almost $50.00. Please explain why this hair piece was overcharged and when I can expect it to be delivered to me.

I have included my bank statement as proof of payment and would like for the over charged amount to be refunded to my account please.
