Paid $440 for a flag that never came

I ordered a custom made flag on July 21st 2025 and paid $440.00 for it. That's a lot of money for me. After about 2 months went by and nothing showed up, I started trying to contact them through their website. Never got any return response.

The phone number they have listed, (502) 504-5007, never worked. Not once. I also tried reaching out on Facebook and Instagram a bunch of times. Still nothing. Their address is 185 Faro Ct Suite 4 in Shepherdsville, KY. I even emailed [email protected] but no reply. Just out the money with no flag.
