Boat neighbor sold me crypto tokens worth pennies
I ended up giving her $43,000 total. She took the cash directly and then sent the tokens through her platform. But when I tried to pull any of it out, the money just doesn’t move. I looked it up and the token is trading for less than a penny. So basically my money is stuck there and what I have is basically worthless.
I called her a few times after I realized what was happening, but she just kept saying the value would go up soon. It didn’t. I still can’t withdraw anything. Her phone number is (808) 347-0180 if anyone else in the harbor gets approached. I just want my money back but I don’t think that’s happening.
