Text about a personal loan from someone named Lexi

Got a text from someone saying they were Lexi from CSFI USA. They said they were following up on a personal loan request I made for $40,000 and asked if I could talk.

I never asked for any loan. I don't even know who these people are. They just sent this out of nowhere. It felt strange so I didn't reply.
