Text on my work phone about a loan I never asked for

Got a text this morning at 10:51 on my work phone. It was addressed to the guy who had this number before me. Said it was Lexi from CSFI USA, following up on a personal loan request. Left a number to call back.

I looked up the number (447) 213-5476 and it’s flagged as a scam. I never requested any loan. Just weird they’d send that to a work phone. No website or anything else on them. They're supposedly out of Ravenna, OH. Didn't lose any money but it's annoying.
