Fake VW bus bag story from Sausalito with no real company listed

I saw this story about Maggie Whitfield who has been making VW bus Hippie bags on the docks of Sausalito for 38 years. It said she had this little shack where she sewed these bags and sold them for $150. She had to give up her business because the land got sold to developers. Her grandson was supposedly helping her sell them.

It sounded sad so I ordered one. What showed up was a cheap version made in China, worth maybe 10 bucks. Not even close to what they showed. I paid $70.80 for it.

There is no company name on anything I got. Just a phone number (724) 865-6422 and an email [email protected]. They need to be stopped. It's a scam.
