Robo call about a debt I never heard of

Got a call from this number (360) 215-7353 and it was a robot voice. Said her name was Haley Stevens with CSP and that I had an order that was resubmitted to her office. She said she verified my address and wants to give me a formal claim.

Then it said I already had a chance to contact the firm and I chose not to, which isn't true because this is the first I'm hearing about any of this. The robot said I have until she reaches me personally to call 866-857-2394. Called it her "final and only notification." I never got anything in the mail or any other calls about this. Just feels like a scare tactic to get me to call back.
