Call from a private locator about a court claim

Got a call from this guy, Brandon Gomez. Said he’s a private locator for some company called CSP out in California. He told me he has a formal court claim to give to a family member of mine.

He said he has their address. So I asked him, if you have the address, why are you calling me instead of just going there? He had no answer for that. Just went quiet.

His number is (518) 576-7705 and he’s supposedly in Keene, NY. Whole thing felt off.
