Ordered 8 shirts from a TikTok deal and got nothing

I saw a deal on TikTok that looked too good to be true. Ordered 8 shirts from cucurb.com and paid $41.43. Waited 33 days and nothing showed up.

I contacted them about it and then 2 days later my order was supposedly delivered. That made no sense since I never got anything. I asked for a replacement and I'm still waiting.

Online order never showed up after five days of out for delivery

I bought something from cucurb.com and it seemed fine at first. The tracking just sat there not moving for a while, then it said out for delivery with their own delivery service. That went on for 5 days and nothing ever showed up.

Their online chat stopped answering me after a bit. There's no phone number or any way to reach them besides email or chat. When I did get a reply they just said keep waiting, that tracking takes time to catch up. I paid 45 dollars and got nothing. The address on their site is in Dublin CA but I'm not even sure that's real.
