Ordered a dress from Curve and Bloom and it never shipped

I ordered a dress from Curve and Bloom online. I paid $85 for it. The dress never shipped.

There's no way to contact them either. I tried but couldn't get through to anyone. The address they list is 16 Queens Court Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, B70 9EG, UK.

Just want my money back at this point.

Order stuck at ready to ship and they won't cancel it

I ordered from this website curvebloomnashville.com and the order just sat at ready to ship for over a week. No updates, no details from the company at all. I tried to cancel and get a refund but they refused. Avoid Curve and Bloom. Their address shows 16 Queens Court Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, B70 9EG in the UK and [email protected] if anyone needs it.
