Dress from Curve and Bloom came with giant cuffs

I bought a dress from Curveandbloom.com. When it showed up, the proportions were just off. Super tight in the shoulders but then the arms were way too long and the cuffs on the sleeves were huge. It didn't fit like the size I ordered at all.

So I emailed them asking for a return. They kept writing back asking for different stuff each time. First it was pictures of me wearing it and measuring it. Then they asked for my order number, which was right at the top of the email they were replying to. It just didn't make sense. Now they won't do anything unless I send more pictures, stuff I've never had to do for any other return.

The replies feel like they're from a bot or something. I don't trust them at this point. I'm just out the $68.00 I paid.
