Ordered dresses from Curve & Bloom and got ignored on returns
Their return policy said to contact them within 30 days of delivery to request a return. I reached out within 72 hours and they actually did respond with some questions. I answered everything and then never heard back from them.
I've tried reaching out multiple times since then to get return approval and I just get ignored every time. There's no phone number anywhere on their site that I can find. The address they list is supposedly in Nashville but it looks like just an apartment building. I'm out $191.84 and can't get anyone to respond to me.

So I emailed them asking for a return. They kept writing back asking for different stuff each time. First it was pictures of me wearing it and measuring it. Then they asked for my order number, which was right at the top of the email they were replying to. It just didn't make sense. Now they won't do anything unless I send more pictures, stuff I've never had to do for any other return.
The replies feel like they're from a bot or something. I don't trust them at this point. I'm just out the $68.00 I paid.
