Ordered clothes and now no tracking info from their site

I bought some clothing from Curveandbloomnashville.com on 07/21/26. It's now 07/30/26 and there is no tracking information to be found anywhere. When I emailed them, they just said the items are in quality review or something like that.

Out of all the emails I sent, only one got a reply. That's frustrating enough. But then they had the nerve to send me a couple of emails asking me to leave them a review on Trustpilot so I could get 50% off my purchase. Like, I just want my stuff or at least some real tracking info. I emailed [email protected] and got basically nothing back.
