Dresses came too late for my wedding and no refund

I ordered two dresses from curvebloom.com for my wedding. The site said it would take days to get here but it took almost a month. There is no phone number to call so I emailed them and said I didn't want the items anymore because it would be too late for me.

They told me they couldn't refund my money until I received the items and that they would send a return label. I've sent over 10 emails back and forth. Now they want me to send photos and a description of why I don't want them. It came too late and I just want my money back. They refuse to send the label or give me my refund. Once they take your money they won't give it back. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I lost $100.87.
