Dress came two sizes too big and no refund
I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now and they just keep saying the same thing. They want me to pay $14.95 for a new size instead. But their website says "full refund within 30 days if not satisfied" so I dont get why they wont honor that. I already disputed it with my bank.
Their representative named Harper keeps responding but I think its just AI. I really hope this company gets shut down. God always has my back and I know He will close this business down in the next 2 weeks.
Sizing is a total lie and refund policy is a joke
They say free refunds for 30 days but once they have your money they only offer 15% back. Then they want me to pay to ship the item back to an address in the UK. When I looked at my credit card statement it was billed from New York. The item itself is probably made in China.
I have multiple emails with them about this and it's just very frustrating. This company needs to be shut down. I'm out $59.95 and got nothing but a bunch of lies.
