Nashville store that ships from the UK and charges me for returns
The email communication was sketchy too. You have to wait so long for orders to be delivered. And the sizes are not as advertised at all. I spent $80 on this.
Why is a Nashville based store taking returns to the UK? I think we know why.
Order came late and nothing like what I bought
I tried to get help from customer service and kept getting these AI responses from someone named "Harper." Same thing over and over, never a real answer. Just want my money back at this point.
Dress doesn't fit and they won't refund without a photo
They said all they can do is exchange it for a bigger size but I have to pay the almost $18 delivery charge. They keep saying that according to their size chart the dress is as described. But I went on their website and there is no size chart at all. I even sent them screenshots proving it and now they are just ignoring my emails. Also they wanted me to take a photo with the item on even though I already told them it doesn't fit, which makes no sense to me.
I paid about $65 for this and I just want a refund. Now they won't even respond to me.

The address on the site says 16 Queens Court Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, B70 9EG, UK. I'm in the US so that already seemed weird but I went ahead anyway. Now I'm stuck with the item and no idea how to send it back if I need to. Not a happy feeling.
Ordered dresses from fake Nashville store and can't cancel
So I emailed their customer service to cancel the order. They sent me an email asking me to confirm the cancellation with my order number. I did that, and I got the same email back again. I did this like 4 times and never got any actual cancellation confirmation.
Then I looked up the address online, 16 Queens Court Greets Green Road in West Bromwich, UK. It's an apartment complex, not a store. I did more digging and found a bunch of other people having the same problem with them, and also trouble getting refunds for returns. I'm out $134.90 and no dresses.
Dress came two sizes too big and no refund
I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now and they just keep saying the same thing. They want me to pay $14.95 for a new size instead. But their website says "full refund within 30 days if not satisfied" so I dont get why they wont honor that. I already disputed it with my bank.
Their representative named Harper keeps responding but I think its just AI. I really hope this company gets shut down. God always has my back and I know He will close this business down in the next 2 weeks.
Sizing is a total lie and refund policy is a joke
They say free refunds for 30 days but once they have your money they only offer 15% back. Then they want me to pay to ship the item back to an address in the UK. When I looked at my credit card statement it was billed from New York. The item itself is probably made in China.
I have multiple emails with them about this and it's just very frustrating. This company needs to be shut down. I'm out $59.95 and got nothing but a bunch of lies.
