Weight loss offer turned into $320 charge and no response

I saw a video with Dr. Oz and Oprah about weight loss and ended up ordering something. I didn't mean to get 6 bottles but they had a first time deal, buy 3 get 3 free. By the time it was done the price went from $150 to $320.71.

I was on my phone and lost service so I couldn't call my credit card company. I figured when I got home I'd use a landline and call, but it was already authorized. So I emailed asking how to return it. After several tries they offered me a $54.52 refund. I said I wanted a full refund and no to their offer.

As of today 09/21/2026 there's been no response.
