Job offer from fake CVS hiring manager

I was contacted by Lizandra Quinonez on 08/28/26 saying she was from the hiring team at CVS Health. She offered me a Data Entry position the same day, which felt a little off but I went with it. I accepted and they sent me an offer letter and something called an ICD-9.

I gave them my personal info before I thought to check. Then I looked at the actual CVS website and things didn't add up. She told me she would send a check so I could buy equipment. I told her not to send me anything else after that.

Her email was [email protected]. I'm glad I didn't lose money but I'm worried about what they can do with my information.
