Someone using my dad's address for packages I didn't order

Someone named Cyiia Coleman is using my dad's condo address in Lancaster, CA as their contact address. I think it's some kind of brushing scam or credit card fraud. We keep getting unsolicited packages from different places, one was from fun.com and another came from some warehouse logistics address that I think is used by Chinese companies. Both had the same alias on them.

My dad is 81. A girl who might have been a minor came by to try and get one of the packages before I even knew what was going on. I didn't give any information to whoever this is. I just want this to stop.
