Paid $300 to reserve a puppy and no refund
She won't let you meet the puppy before you pay a $300 reservation fee. Always has some excuse. I was helping my family member with the payment and she gave us a hard time, said she wanted different payment options than what was on her site. Then she tried to get my family member to buy her a gift card instead. She also won't take cash in person. When we did send the payment online, the name on the payment didn't match the name she gave us.
She sends a receipt saying the $300 is refundable but she won't give the money back. We tried but nothing. Her address is 2845 Greenside Dr. NW, Huntsville, AL 35816 and her email is [email protected]. Phone number is (941) 433-6671. Just want people to know.
