Paid for novel access and kept getting charged daily

I purchased access to a novel and it kept charging me every day after the trial ended. I tried to cancel it but couldn't get it to stop. I contacted them twice and got no response at all.

I ended up losing $540 total from all these charges. I filed with PayPal but they said there was no fraudulence, so I'm stuck with this.
