Ordered from DailyDen and never got anything

I placed order 1699 with DailyDen on June 16, 2026. I paid $39.97 and I still have not received the order.

I tried reaching the merchant several times and nobody ever responded. I asked for a refund and got nothing back, no refund, no order, no answer.

The phone number I have for them is 1(407) 914-3256 and the email is [email protected]. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered a fan from Facebook and never got it

I bought a fan from DailyDen on Facebook back on July 10. They sent me a link to track the order but I could never get a tracking number from it. It just kept saying stuff like delivery attempted or misrouted and cannot deliver.

I still haven't gotten my item. So I finally looked up the company name and found out other people have the exact same problem. Also thought it was weird that the order confirmation email has a message about disputing the charge in it. Lost $31.19.

Ordered something and it never showed up

I ordered an item from dailyden.com and got an email saying it shipped the next day. Waited about a month and a half and nothing came, so I emailed them at [email protected]. They gave me a tracking link and I kept checking it, but then one day the link just stopped working. The shipping updates were weird the whole time too, always some problem.

When the link died I contacted them again and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't do it right away because the package was still out for delivery, but they put my request at the highest priority. That was it. I lost $21 on this and never got the item.
