Facebook ad for a fan hat that never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Father's Day gift bundle, a Cooling Solar Fan Hat, and I bought it through that. Got an email confirming the purchase on 6/14/26, and then another email the next day saying it had shipped.

Five days later it still wasn't here and there was no update on the tracking, so I emailed their [email protected]. I've had multiple email threads since then asking where it was and why it kept going back to the courier in Jacksonville. Now it's 9/17/26 and they've completely stopped responding to my emails. None of the tracking links they sent work anymore, and I can't even view my order through the link on my receipt.

So I'm out $33.77 and wasted a ton of time going back and forth with them about where my product was.

Bought a CarPlay adapter on Facebook and never got it

I saw an Apple CarPlay adapter advertised on Facebook and decided to buy it. The website was Dailyden.com and I paid $21.74. I got an order number right away, that was it.

Now the company seems to be gone. I never got any other emails or tracking info or anything about my order. I emailed [email protected] but no reply. The product never showed up and I have no way to contact them.
