Charged for VIP membership I never signed up for
I went looking and found out it was buried in the automatic enrollment thing in their Terms of Agreement page. I was able to cancel the subscription but still, who does that. You buy a cheap ebook and suddenly you're signed up for a monthly charge.
Support email is [email protected] if that helps anyone. Just watch your card after ordering from them.
Charged $39.99 after buying a $4.95 book
At first they said they weren't going to give me a refund. Then they offered 30% back. Finally they said they would do a full refund. I still haven't gotten it.
I have the receipt for the book and I just want my money back.
