Puppy seller asked for more money after I paid

I found these people on Facebook and they were selling dachshund puppies. Nothing was said upfront about extra fees. After I paid they told me I needed 498 for a crate and then another 600 for insurance. I already sent 550 total and now I can't get a refund. The email they use is [email protected] and they say they are in Philadelphia PA.
