Flowers never delivered and owner hangs up on me
He hung up on me. Then the charge posted to my account anyway. I called him again to tell him to refund my credit card since the flowers were never delivered. He hung up on me again. Now he won't answer my calls at all and I still have not gotten my money back.
I just don't want to see him do this to someone else.
