Shoes measured way too small and they wouldn't refund
I emailed them a picture of the shoe with the measuring tape on it to show them. They still said they were size 13. They offered me a 15% refund, or a 100% refund if I paid $60 to ship the shoes back to China. I spent $72.58 total. This whole thing just doesn't make sense.
