Voicemails from Daniel Mercer about a debt I do not owe

I keep getting voicemails from someone named Daniel Mercer saying he has important business in his office and wants to negotiate the matter. The number is (856) 316-1776. I have no idea what this is about because I never got any bills in the mail and I checked my credit report and there is nothing in collections.

I blocked several numbers and they still keep calling from other ones. It never stops. If there was a real debt I would think I would have gotten something in writing by now, but there is nothing. Just these calls over and over.
