Ordered a bra and got what looks like a child's size
When I asked for a refund they told me I have to mail it to Vietnam. They said international returns are usually costly and the postage is at my expense. Then once they get proof of the return shipping they'll process my refund. So basically I'd pay more to ship it back than the $15 I spent.
The return address they gave me is 119 Tran Duy Hung Street, Unit S3, 6th Floor, Tower C7, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam, zip 100000. Their email is [email protected] and the address on file is 700 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020.
