Unacceptable Terrible Customer Service

I should of listened to the reviews for Danybloom bras. The bras claim to lift and support large busted women...WRONG! They do not, save your money. Anyways, I used their sizing chart and ordered 2 bras. When they arrived the material was very cheap and had no structure to it.Tried on the bras and they were terrible! They didn't fit, the band size was huge, the cups were small and offered ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT! I emailed them for a full refund which they offered. After 8 weeks and 7 emails later (because they don't answer their emails and they answer with BOTS) They offered me 10% refund and to keep the bras.Which tells you that they are cheaply made.When I questioned their full refund policy that didn't answer me but then offered me 20%. I finally agreed to the 20% just because I was tired of dealing with them. So I'll see if I get that back on my credit card. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAMM

Ordered bras from Danybloom but got wrong size and no refund

I saw an ad for their bras and ordered my size. When they came they weren’t even close to my size, not labeled as my size, and the quality was really bad. Like the workmanship was cheap.

I ordered from Danybloom Canada but the price was in American Dollars. They didn’t tell me that until after the order went through.

I went to their returns email right away and got an automated reply. I tried three more times and still nobody answered. It’s been two weeks now and I don’t think I’ll ever get my $57.18 back. NEVER order from them.
