Website clothing not as described and returns are a nightmare

I ordered clothing from Darcey Lane and the fabric was not as detailed as shown and the quality was extremely poor. The website says returns are easy but that is very misleading. Returning is difficult and expensive. The return address is in China and you pay for it yourself which can cost more than the item.

The business phone is USA and business hours are Los Angeles California but the business address is in the UK in Epping Essex. I lost $104.18 on this.
