Puppy purchase turned into nonstop extra fees

I found this page on Facebook for Australian shepherd puppies and messaged them about getting one. We agreed on 500.00 for the puppy and I sent the money. When it was time for shipping they said I needed to pay another 500.00 for a crate. I said no to that. Then they came back and said I needed 800.00 more for insurance. I told them no to that too.

After I refused to pay those extra fees they wouldn't give me my 500.00 back. I tried explaining that I already paid for the puppy and the shipping was supposed to be included but they just kept pushing for more money. The phone number they used was (702) 372-0273 and the email was [email protected]. I never got the puppy and I'm out the 500.00. They just stopped replying after I said I wouldn't pay the extra amounts.
