Job offer asked for my ID and $25 then locked me out

I got a call about a job offer and they seemed legit at first. They told me to go to http://dashboard-desk.com/ and fill out forms with my ID front and back plus my address. Then they said I had to pay $25 to get my first package.

They gave me another website, same one, dashboard-desk.com, to put my payment info in. After I did that, I couldn't log back in at all. They took my ID, my address, and the $25. The phone number was (443) 648-9429 and the email was [email protected]. I never got any package or any job.
