Text from 716 number about a notice of action

I got a text on 9/22/26 around 11:03 am from 716-347-8051. It said it was from someone named David Fuller. The message said I may hear from different department lines and that a 1st Notice of Action was sent and a statement was needed. It told me to call 1-866-736-9459 and gave a reference number 2026-1749438.

I don't know who David Fuller is or what this is about. I never got any notice in the mail and no one explained what statement they want. The whole thing just felt off to me.

The number is from Buffalo, NY but I have no idea who these people are. There's an email too, [email protected], which doesn't make it seem any more legit. I'm not calling that number back.
