Letter from a lawyer about unclaimed life insurance policy

I got a letter in the mail from a David Jones, who says he's a lawyer in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He claims there's an unclaimed permanent life insurance policy from a deceased client of his worth $11,550,300. The guy was supposedly an investor and precious stone dealer who died from Covid two years ago.

He said he's contacting me because we have the same last name. Then he wants to split the money 45% for him, 45% for me, and 10% to charity. He says it's 100% risk free. The email on it was [email protected] and the website is www.andrealakers.com. Phone number is (226) 703-5832.

I didn't lose any money but this whole thing seems off. A real lawyer wouldn't be emailing from a gmail address about something like this.
