Signed up for a trial and now I can't cancel
I got a message back from them saying, "We're sorry for the inconvenience. We are working hard to provide you better service." And then something about Apple and Google having rules about subscriptions. But I checked both my Google and Apple accounts and this wasn't charged through either one.
They haven't replied to my emails since August 5th. The message also said to check their refund policy on the website but that doesn't help me get my money back.
