Paid $500 deposit for a rental car and never got it back

I found these guys on Instagram and then went to the address they gave me on La Brea Ave in Los Angeles to rent a car. I paid a $500 deposit and they never sent the money back. No reason given at all.

They did send me video of the car before and after the rental, so it's not like they can say something happened to it. I've tried reaching out about my deposit and just get nothing back.

I have their number (323) 471-7721, the website davinci-motors.com, and an email [email protected]. Still waiting on my $500.
