Ordered custom baby bedding and got something cheap
What showed up was just awful. The quality is incredibly low, nothing like what they showed online. It doesn't even look like the same product honestly.
I didn't lose any money over this, but I'm still annoyed. I just wanted nice bedding for the baby and instead I got this cheap thing. Not worth the hassle.
Ordered car seat canopy and never got it
They told me their policy was BS basically and said I would be charged extra for canceling and only get store credit. Then they called me a scammer and said they don't do refunds. They said my account was being forwarded to their fraud department. I told them I was going to contact Ecautious.com and they blocked me.
Now I'm out $65.20 and have no product. They also said they reported me to my bank for being fraudulent which makes no sense. Terrible customer service, I just want my money back.
