Ordered car seat canopy and never got it
They told me their policy was BS basically and said I would be charged extra for canceling and only get store credit. Then they called me a scammer and said they don't do refunds. They said my account was being forwarded to their fraud department. I told them I was going to contact Ecautious.com and they blocked me.
Now I'm out $65.20 and have no product. They also said they reported me to my bank for being fraudulent which makes no sense. Terrible customer service, I just want my money back.
