Did 60 tasks and still can't withdraw my money

This website is supposed to be about shipping third party merchandise and you pay for orders with crypto as part of the task. I did all 60/60 tasks because they told me I had to finish them to get my mom back. When I was done they blocked my withdrawal and said I needed to do 15 more tasks.

I don't even know what I agreed to honestly. Now they are forcing me to pay $496.99 just to continue something I already finished. They promised I would get paid after 60/60 and instead they locked my account again and made me do more. I lost $4297.09 total on this.

The website is https://ddb11b.com/ and they are located in New York, NY 10019. I just want my money back.
