Ordered a domino train and only got the extras

I ordered a Domino Train back in July because I had visitors coming on Sept 4th. I really needed it by then. I sent them so many emails, I can't even count. Not one single reply.

I did get a package from them but it was just the extra dominos and the Magical Bus. The actual Domino Train was not in there. So now I'm out $50 and I don't even have the main thing I ordered. I don't know what else to do.
