They froze my account after I tried to withdraw my pay

I had been doing digital marketing for this company for a month, everything going good till i went to withdraw my funds. They said being it was a large sum and not to put my account at risk (they would nt tell me the risk) i had to withdraw $99 then $1999 then the remainder. I had asked several times the exact procedure and only got same vague answer so i started the procedure and withdraw $99 went good then did $1999 they froze my account and then said i was to do 2 withdraw of $99 that was the catch.

So now they say my account is at risk i need to deposit 26% of $18,400 to have my funds released. I dont have that large amount of money and there is no risk.
