Letter with court name about home warranty renewal
It goes on to say per Denver District Court, my home warranty hasn't been renewed and I need to contact them immediately to verify my home's information. They said I have to call to see if a warranty is still in place and if it expired it will make me financially liable. Then it says based on my mortgage lenders requirements, I'm not in compliance and need to call and register my home.
There's no company name anywhere on it, no website, no email. Just a phone number (877) 891-9767 to call. It doesn't make sense that a court would be handling home warranties like this. I haven't lost any money but this feels like phishing to me.
