Ordered gifts in July, package never showed up

I ordered 6 items from Desirxa back in July. They were supposed to be here by the 19th because they were gifts. They kept sending me links to their tracking sites and every time it said the stuff was in transit. Then yesterday it suddenly said the package was delivered but it wasn't. I checked with my post office and some local shipping places and they can't find anything about the package at all. They all think I got scammed. The website is zecwl.com and their phone number is (861) 382-6339. I lost about 34 bucks on this.
