Game ad said Mr Beast owned it and you could win money

I saw an advertisement for a game called Smash Blast from Devsimo. The ad made it sound like Mr Beast owned the game and that you could win a lot of money.

When I looked it up on Google Play there were several recent 5 star ratings being pushed to the top. But there are dozens of bad reviews that are being hidden.

It just doesn't add up. The whole thing feels like a phishing setup to get people to download it.
